Blue Lake is a mountain lake in the Kandergrund community in the Bernese highlands. It gets the water by an underwater source and therefore the water is pretty clear and typical blue. It's a tourist attraction in that area and in private property of the nearby hotel and used for trout breeding. Diving is only permitted in the winter months after 17:00. Maximum depth is about 13 in the center of the lake. The edges with sunken trees are more mor interesting. One can surround the lake in about 45 minutes while diving. Temperature is about 6–10 °C throughout the year.
