Aare River

The Aare river is 288 km in length and originates in the Aar glacier in the Grimsel area. At Koblenz it flows into the Rhine river. One usually finds catfish, crayfish, pikes and in the lower part of the river sometimes eels. It is to mention that according to Binnenschifffahrtsverordnung (BSV), Artikel 77 it is forbidden to dive in the waterways, harbours and anchor points. September 2009 to May 2018, 21 Photos.
